What is heard but not seen – A Poem

What is heard but not seen:

The gentle drop of rain onto the leaves

and a soft wind that moves through them

as if it is whispering secrets

that have yet to be told.

What is seen but not heard:

The gentle fall of leaves

that look as if they are dancing,

the sun shining down upon them

making the leaves look like jewels.

What is felt but has no form:

The wind that moves along my skin,

the light that shines upon my face

and the emotion they stir within

letting me know that a light

has been lit.
